Garrett A. Mathieson President, Access Risk Services 

Garrett A. Mathieson brings 45+ years of risk management and insurance consulting experience to his role as President, Access Risk Services.

During his distinguished career, Mr. Mathieson has held various brokerage, risk consulting and management positions, including Global Manager, Risk Management Consulting Group, Marsh and McLennan, New York; National Practice Leader, Towers Perrins' Risk Management Consultants; Strategic Account Management Operations Leader, Aon Northeast; CEO, Willis Risk Solutions Practice, North America; President, Willis New York, and served as President, Lockton New York.

While in these positions Mr. Mathieson has also led or assisted in the establishment of over 100 single parent and group-owned captive insurance companies and provided brokerage and consulting services to over 150 of the Fortune 500.

Mr. Mathieson is a graduate of Hobart College, Geneva, NY with a BA in Economics. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Economic Forecasting from New York University Graduate School of Business and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. He is also a licensed New York State Property/Casualty and Life and Health Broker.

Diana L. Eglin Senior Consultant 

Diana Eglin is a Senior Consultant of Access Risk Services for the New York office. Diana specializes in the consulting, negotiating and marketing of Directors & Officers Liability including General Partnership Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fidelity/Computer Crime, Kidnap/Ransom & Extortion, Cyber Risk/Network Security and Professional Liability with a focus on coverage for all classes of business including but not limited to commercial corporations, financial institutions, publicly traded companies, private equity firms and large privately held companies.

Her focus is on specialty brokerage and consulting services in areas that include complex management liability risks (e.g. bankruptcy, large limits, post claim clients), mergers and acquisitions including due diligence.

Diana has over 42+ years of business experience with 32+ years of insurance experience in the executive risk products arena with her prior insurance brokerage positions at Willis for 12 years as the National Practice Leader/Executive Vice President for Willis Risk Solutions (WRS), the Willis large account practice for North American executive liability products; 2 years as the Managing Director of executive products underwriting for a major domestic insurance company; 6 years at Lockton Companies as Senior Vice President/Financial Services, NY Office; and 10 years as a financial/credit analyst for a major credit corporation and manufacturing firm.

Diana is a licensed New York State Insurance broker. She holds an M.B.A degree from St. Joseph's University and a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Economics from Temple University. She has completed continuing education courses given by Mellon Bank in Letters of Credit and International Payment Procedures and Dun and Bradstreet in Credit and Financial Analysis.

Henry J. ('Hank') Ehrlich, ARM Managing Director, Senior Consultant 

With 55+ years experience in the insurance industry, including the last 35 with Global Insurance Broker Willis of New York, Hank Ehrlich now joins the team at Access Risk Services as Managing Director and Senior Consultant. His expertise spans a variety of industries including entertainment, real estate and hospitality.

Hank worked in key areas at Willis North America including the Large Account and Risk Management Consulting Practices. Using state-of-the art alternative risk transfer products, he specialized in the development and analysis of cost-effective risk financing solutions for Fortune 1000 companies, with particular emphasis on utilizing captive insurance companies. He has extensive experience in designing, marketing, and managing primary casualty risk financing programs for major national and global corporations.

Hank earned his BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. He has completed the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation program and is a licensed New York State insurance broker.

Richard T. Allen Senior Consultant 

Rich brings over 35 years of technical and problem solving insurance and risk management skills to Access Risk Services. His expertise also specializes in managing service delivery teams and client consultative management. Rich began his career as a claims representative for Liberty Mutual and subsequently moved over to the brokerage side where he concentrated on managing the design and delivery of the property and casualty portions of Fortune 1000 accounts , as Senior Account Executive with three major global insurance brokers: Aon, Willis and Lockton . In his account executive role he has led the delivery of risk management services to RJR Nabisco, Del Monte Foods, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Nestle USA, UST Corp, Clayton Dubilier and Rice, Icahn Group and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Rich also has significant leadership experience having managed brokerage offices, teams of account executives ,as well as leading a major restructuring of the risk management service model at Aon to a more team oriented service concept. Most recently, Rich served as the AIG business development manager coordinating business activities between AIG and their two largest brokerage relationships Aon and Marsh.

Rich graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in Finance; holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and a New York State brokers license. He has served on the Risk and Insurance Committee for Seton Hall University.

Antonetta C. Pawlak  Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Associate

Antonetta C. Pawlak has 40+ years of experience in the Insurance Brokerage Industry. She has held management positions in Business Development Administration for both Aon Corporation and Willis Group Holding. Her areas of expertise include finance, financial sales forecasting and business analysis, marketing, and multinational client communications and relationship management.

Antonetta holds a Bachelors Degree in International Communications and Italian from the College of New Paltz and the University of Urbino, Urbino Italy.
